Return and Exchange Policy
Purchase and Return Conditions:
In Syria, products can be returned within 15 days only if the product is in good condition, unused, and still in its original manufacturer packaging. We apologize for not being able to accept returns after the product has been used or if it is in an unsuitable condition for return.
Overview:
Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase date, we cannot offer a full refund or product replacement.
Eligibility for Returns:

Partial Refund Cases:

Books with obvious signs of use.

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.

Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund yet, we advise you to first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

After that, contact your bank, as there may be a processing period before the refund appears.

Sale Items:

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product for the same item, please email us at {email} and send the product to: {physical address}.
Gifts:

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned product. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
